Client: Rapidly scaling healthcare data and analytics company

Challenge: Growth was outpacing leadership capability. Mid- to senior-level leaders were overwhelmed, struggling to delegate, prioritize, and lead through others. The result: bottlenecks, burnout, and inconsistent execution.

Solution: We launched our Uplift® Peer Group Coaching program, an internal cohort experience built around real business challenges and where the organization was headed. Focus areas included:
